Responsible

  • - Manage and control computer usage Access network information, CCTV systems, corporate host computers, and monitor and track usability. To be in accordance with the rules, regulations and policies of the company.
  • - Organize training on the use of various programs for employees both inside and outside the department, introducing technology, equipment, and software to reduce work steps. Reduce working time
  • - Prepare a satisfaction assessment survey From the agency after receiving the service and send satisfaction assessment surveys according to the period specified according to the plan.
  • - Prepare reports and update monthly reports. Monthly budget and expense report Performance report from the department Monthly work progress
  • - Prepare and improve policies, manuals, and work procedures related to all information systems.
  • - Administer, manage, control costs and related expenses of the department. To be in accordance with the company's policy
  • - General management within the agency and plan organizational resources
  • - Receive requests to solve problems arising from the use of computers, devices, data files, networks, software systems, clouds, CCTV cameras in order to analyze and solve problems in use. In cases where you cannot fix it yourself, you must be able to recommend a method. or someone who can solve problems
  • - Take care of, maintain, and repair computers, equipment, and networks so that they are always ready for use. and according to the annual maintenance plan
  • - Take care and coordinate to ensure the server and ERP usage are still effective.
  • - Protect your organization's data and IT systems from various threats.
  • - Other tasks assigned by Managing Director
